NEW Aesthetic Injection Specialist/Registered Nurse at Regional Skin & Laser Center

Michelle Malpica-Hertsgaard, RN, CNI, CLO is the newest addition to Regional Plastic Surgery Center and Regional Skin & Laser Center, and comes with years of diverse experience. Hailing all the way from New Jersey, Michelle, her husband Aaron, and their two kitties moved to Dallas’ Uptown in 2010, and she jumped right into the Dallas aesthetics world. Bolstered by her 9 years of experience as a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Room RN, Michelle has uniquely mastered the balance of anatomical structure knowledge, a deft hand, and one of the little known secrets to beauty…symmetry; resulting in her often-sought after, signature Natural Beauty. “One of the biggest compliments I can receive, is when a patient tells me, ‘Just do what you think is right. I trust you.’ Trust between the patient and the practitioner is invaluable, and something I always strive to achieve!”

Michelle has shared her knowledge and techniques as a clinical trainer to nurses, doctors, dentists and other medical professionals. She holds many certifications, some of which include ACLS/PALS/BLS, PRP/PRFM, KyBella, Sculptra, Voluma, RestylaneSilk, Erbium Laser Resurfacing, Laser Technician, in addition to all facets of advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler techniques, while simultaneously holding her RN license in both Texas and New Jersey. When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys cooking gluten and allergen free, watching hockey with her husband, FaceTiming with her nephew Gianni, raising awareness for Chiari Malformation, playing with her little fur-babies Callie and Budha, and just enjoying life!
